Arden Christian Church
4300 Las Cruces Way Sacramento, CA
In a connected world, the most essential thing is the quality of our connection.
Jared Finkelstein, a seasoned CNVC consultant and trainer in the tradition of Dr. Marshall Rosenburg, will facilitate this workshop in four sessions beginning Friday evening and ending on Sunday afternoon. Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch, and Sunday lunch will be provided. Saturday dinner is on your own.
This workshop is appropriate for ministers, chaplains, and lay people alike. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to strengthen your relationship skills for communication, connection, and leadership.
Workshop participants can expect an interactive training experience that will be individualized for the needs of the group.
Throughout the weekend, participants will learn practical skills for building and maintaining relationships of trust and mutual care.
The goals:
- to understand ways to deal with conflict that restore trust, ownership and effective action.
- to understand and transform habits that block authentic connection
- and to establish personal practices to
integrate and build skills from this workshop into one’s life.
